Paystack - Notice history

We are currently experiencing a downtime with inward and outward transfers due to a downtime with our processing partner in Nigeria. As a result, you may notice:

1. Delays in transfers to Paystack Titan and Wema-managed accounts via both Pay with Transfer (PwT) and Dedicated Virtual Accounts (DVA).

2. Delays in processing outward transfers to all bank accounts.

Our team is actively working with our processing partner to resolve this issue and will provide updates as soon as service is fully restored.

The Central Switch is experiencing a degraded service, causing high resolution times for bank transfers. This is an industry-wide issue affecting multiple institutions, and their team is currently working on a resolution.

Success rates have returned to normal.

We are currently observing an increase in failures on transactions made with Zenith Bank cards. This is as a result of a bank downtime and we are working with the Zenith Bank team to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We're currently experiencing intermittent issues with MTN Mobile Money transactions due to USSD push failures on MTN's platform. As a result, some customers may not receive the USSD prompt to authorize their payments, causing transactions to fail.

Our team is in active communication with MTN, and we are working closely with them to restore full service as quickly as possible. We'll share further updates as soon as they are available.
