Our payment partner, Ukheshe, will be conducting planned maintenance from 21 June 2024 starting at 23:00 SAST until 23 June 2024 at 6:00 SAST.

What does this mean for you?
There may be periods of intermittent downtime during the maintenance window when you won't be able to accept payments from customers through SnapScan and Scan to Pay. Rest assured, you'll still be able to accept payments as usual via our other payment channels, including direct card payments and Ozow EFT.

What does this mean for you?
From 12 June at 21:45 to 22:45 you won't be able to accept payments from customers through SnapScan and Scan to Pay. Rest assured, you’ll still be able to accept payments as usual via our other payment channels, including direct card payments and Ozow EFT.

To minimize the impact to ongoing transactions, the SnapScan and Scan to Pay payment options will be temporarily hidden from your customers on 12 June between 21:45 and 22:45 (SAST).

We recommend that you update members of your team so they're aware of the exercise, and consider preemptively informing your customers about the service disruption.
