Nigeria: Guaranty Trust Bank (GTBANK) Downtime

Investigating - We are seeing an increase in failure rates on Cards issued by Guaranty Trust Bank and also delays in processing Transfers into GTBank accounts. This is due to an ongoing maintenance at the Bank.

We have notified the GTB team and are in close contact with them to resolve this issue as quickly as possible, we will provide an update as soon as it has been resolved.

Investigating - Transfers to bank accounts in Nigeria might experience a slight delay due to a downtime with Nigeria's central Transfers Switch.

There might also be a delay in confirming deposits for transactions, top-ups and payments made to Virtual Account numbers.
