Investigating - We are seeing an increase in failure rates on Verve Cards issued by First Bank. This is due to a downtime on Verve's end.

Investigating - Transfers to bank accounts in Nigeria might experience a slight delay due to a downtime from one of our technical partners.

There might also be a delay in confirmation of deposits for transactions, top ups and Dedicated Virtual Accounts.

We're working with them to resolve this issue as quickly as possible and will provide an update as soon as it has been resolved.

Investigating - Our partner, MTN, is currently experiencing an unexpected downtime on their USSD platform. This is affecting mobile money transactions. Prompts to complete and confirm transactions are delayed.


We're currently liaising with them to fix the issues and restore the service and will provide an update as soon as possible.
