Resolved - This issue has been resolved. All businesses should now see their payouts reflected in their balances (for Nigerian businesses) or deposited into their bank accounts (for businesses in other countries).

If you continue to experience any issues, please contact our support team at support@paystack.com, and we’ll be happy to assist.

Identified - We have identified the issue causing manual payout delays and are currently implementing a fix. This will ensure that payouts for businesses in Nigeria are correctly applied to their balances.

For businesses outside Nigeria, our treasury team has successfully settled all pending manual payouts directly into bank accounts to minimize further delays. As a result, balances for these transactions will not be updated today but will reflect tomorrow once the fix is fully implemented.

Starting tomorrow, payouts across all markets will be processed and reflected in balances as usual.

Thank you for your patience as we work to resolve this issue.

In progress - Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress. We will provide updates as necessary.
Sep 7, 03:00 CET
Scheduled - We've scheduled an essential maintenance exercise to upgrade our databases, ensuring improved security and reliability.

This exercise will require the Paystack platform to be offline for 2.5 hours on Saturday, September 7th, 2024, between 2 am - 4:30 am (GMT) / 3 am - 5:30 am (WAT) / 4 am - 6:30 am (SAST) / 5 am - 7:30 am (EAT).

During this maintenance window, customers will be unable to pay through all Paystack payment channels and you will not be able to sign into the Paystack Dashboard or Paystack Merchant App for iOS and Android. No transactions will be processed or queued, and all scheduled processes will not run.

We chose this date and time because we've found that this period historically has the lowest transaction volumes for most merchants, across all countries.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. This is a routine exercise to ensure that we continue to deliver a great experience to you. Once the maintenance is complete, all services will be restored, and everything will remain the same on your end. Nothing changes. We'll make sure to let you know right after the maintenance has been completed.

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact our support team at support@paystack.com.
