We are seeing an increased rate of card transaction failures. The issue has been escalated to our 3rd-party partners.

Some customers might encounter an “Invalid transaction details” error when attempting to initialize new transactions. This issue appears to affect a subset of merchants and may prevent successful transactions through the Paystack Checkout

We are experiencing a delay with receiving funds into Wema Dedicated Accounts as a result of a downtime with the bank. This means that funds transferred into these accounts might take a longer time than usual to reflect. Paystack-Titan and other Dedicated Account providers remain unaffected, and you can continue to receive funds into accounts issued by them. Paystack Titan virtual accounts remain unaffected for both Pay with Transfer (PWT) and Dedicated Accounts.

You might also experience: - Delays in confirming deposits for transactions, top-ups, and payments made to Virtual Account numbers. - Increased failures with Direct Debit transactions.
