We are seeing an increase in failure rates on transfers to Wema Bank. This is due to a downtime on the Bank's end.

We have notified the Wema Bank team and are in close contact with them to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. We will provide an update as soon as it has been resolved.

We’re currently investigating an issue affecting file uploads across the Paystack dashboard. Merchants are unable to upload files, which is impacting the following features:

• Uploading dispute documentation

• Completing compliance submissions

• Uploading commerce-related documents

This means that funds transferred into these accounts might take a longer time than usual to reflect. Paystack-Titan and other Dedicated Account providers remain unaffected, and you can continue to receive funds into accounts issued by them.
