What's happening?

We are currently experiencing a delay in activating new Direct Debit mandates as a result of a provider downtime.

What this means for you?

Although you might be able to link new accounts and create new mandates, it may take longer than usual before the mandate can be charged.

What can you do now?

You can continue linking accounts, and the mandates created on them will eventually be chargeable. You can also complete payments with already linked accounts and other channels e.g. Pay with Transfer (PwT), Cards etc.

We're working with our processing partner to get this resolved as quickly as possible, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We are currently experiencing degraded performance on our transfer service due to downtime affecting one of our major transfer partners. As a result, some transfer transactions may fail or experience delays.

We are currently observing an increase in failures on transactions made with Zenith Bank cards. This is as a result of a bank downtime and we are working with the Zenith Bank team to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We're currently experiencing intermittent issues with MTN Mobile Money transactions due to USSD push failures on MTN's platform. As a result, some customers may not receive the USSD prompt to authorize their payments, causing transactions to fail.

Our team is in active communication with MTN, and we are working closely with them to restore full service as quickly as possible. We'll share further updates as soon as they are available.

We are experiencing a delay with receiving Topups into Titan PT accounts as a result of a bank downtime. As a result, inflows into these accounts might take some time to be applied.

We're working with the bank to resolve this issue as quickly as possible and will provide an update as soon as possible.

Inflows into Paystack Titan and Wema accounts for Pay with Transfer (PwT) and Dedicated Virtual Accounts (DVA) remain unaffected

Some merchants are currently experiencing difficulties logging in to their Dashboard. We are investigating the issue and working on a fix. We will share further updates here shortly.
