Paystack - Notice history

We are experiencing high processing times from the Central Switch for Bank Transfers in Nigeria. This impacts collections and outward transfers, we are working with them to resolve this as soon as possible.

We are experiencing a high failure rate on Direct Debit transactions and are currently investigating the root cause.

We are currently seeing an increased number of failed transactions for cards issued by Zenith bank due to downtime from the bank.

As a result, payments made with Zenith-issued cards may fail. Other card types and payment channels remain unaffected and are operating as usual.
