Our payment partner, EFT Corp, will be conducting 3 hours of maintenance on their systems from 22:00 SAST on Tuesday, 18 March 2025 to 01:00 SAST on Wednesday, 19 March 2025.
What does this mean for you? There may be minor disruptions to service during the maintenance window, which could affect some Scan to Pay and Snapscan transactions that are in flight. Rest assured, you’ll still be able to accept payments as usual via our other payment channels, including direct card payments, Apple Pay and Ozow EFT.
