Paystack - Notice history

We’re currently investigating an issue affecting file uploads across the Paystack dashboard. Merchants are unable to upload files, which is impacting the following features:

• Uploading dispute documentation

• Completing compliance submissions

• Uploading commerce-related documents

Our engineering and DevOps teams are actively investigating the cause. We’ll share updates here as soon as more information becomes available.

We are seeing an increase in failure rate on transactions through Verve cards as a result of a downtime with our processing partner.

Paystack Titan virtual accounts remain unaffected for both Pay with Transfer (PWT) and Dedicated Accounts.
