    The issue has now been resolved for new transfers. However, for transfers initiated during the downtime, there will be a delay. We're working with the Central Switch to get the final status of these transfers and update them accordingly.

    A fix has been put in place and we're seeing improved successes on both Inward and Outward Transfers.

    We are experiencing an increase in failures on inward ​(​Pay with Transfer and Dedicated Virtual Accounts)​​ and outward Transfers as a result of a downtime with the Central Switch in Nigeria.

    As a result, you may experience delays and failures when making transfers to Paystack Virtual Accounts, and also when making outward transfers from Paystack to other bank accounts.

    We are in communication with the Central Switch and will share updates as soon as possible.
