Paystack - Nigeria: Credit Delays with Outward Transfers and Settlements – Incident details

Customers may experience slight delays in receiving transfers to bank accounts in Nigeria due to a downtime that affected Nigeria’s central transfer switch.

While transfers have been processed successfully from our end, there are delays with banks crediting recipient accounts. This issue is currently affecting both Outward Transfers and Settlements (payouts).

We’re actively working to resolve this as quickly as possible and will provide another update once the issue has been resolved.
