Our payments partner, Ozow, will undergo scheduled maintenance for 4.5 hours on Sunday, 5 January 2025, from 23:30 SAST until 04:00 SAST on Monday, 6 January 2025.
What does this mean for you? During this period, Ozow EFT will not be available for customer payments in checkout and Paystack balance top-ups.
Rest assured, you’ll still be able to accept payments as usual via our other payment channels, including direct card payments, Apple Pay, SnapScan and Scan to Pay.

We are currently experiencing intermittent downtime for transactions into Paystack Titan accounts, which affects our Pay with Transfer (PwT) and Dedicated Virtual Account (DVA) products.
