Our payment partner, Ukheshe, will be conducting planned maintenance on 27 August 2024 starting at 22:00 SAST.

What does this mean for you?
From 27 August 21:45 to 23:15 (SAST) you won't be able to accept payments from customers through SnapScan and Scan to Pay. Rest assured, you’ll still be able to accept payments as usual via our other payment channels, including direct card payments and Ozow EFT.

To minimize the impact to ongoing transactions, the SnapScan and Scan to Pay payment options will be temporarily hidden from your customers on 27 August between 21:45 and 23:15 (SAST).

We recommend that you update members of your team so they're aware of the exercise, and consider preemptively informing your customers about the service disruption.
