We just received a notice from Ukheshe that they’ll undergo an emergency maintenance exercise for 1 hour tonight, September 11, 2023, from 11 pm - 12 am (SAST).
What does this mean for you? This maintenance session will affect the Masterpass (Scan to Pay) and SnapScan options on the Paystack Checkout. As a result, customers won’t be able to use the QR code method to pay you from 11 pm to 12 am (SAST), today, September 11, 2023.
To minimize the impact of the downtime on the customer checkout experience, we’ll temporarily remove Masterpass (Scan to Pay) and SnapScan from our payment options between 10:45 pm and 12:15 am (SAST).
Rest assured, you’ll continue to accept payments as usual via our other payment channels — card payments and EFT.
