Our payment partner, Ukheshe, will be performing scheduled maintenance over the upcoming weekend. The maintenance window will start on Friday, 22 March at 21:00 (SAST), and end on Monday, 03:00 (SAST).
What does this mean for you? During this period, there may be intermittent service impact on the Scan to Pay and SnapScan payment methods.
Rest assured that if there is any disruption to these services, your customers will still be able to make payments via our other payment channels, including direct card payments, Apple Pay and Ozow EFT.
In the event of prolonged disruption, Scan to Pay and SnapScan will be temporarily hidden from your customers to minimize the impact on ongoing transactions.
