We recently received an update from Ukheshe about a scheduled upgrade to their systems for 6 hours.

This upgrade will start on Tuesday, 6 February at 10:00 pm (SAST), and end on Wednesday, 7 February at 04:00 am (SAST)

What does this mean for you?
During this period, you won't be able to accept payments from customers through SnapScan and Scan to Pay. Rest assured, you’ll still be able to accept payments via our other payment channels, including direct card payments and Ozow EFT.

To minimize the impact on ongoing transactions, the SnapScan and Scan to Pay payment options will be temporarily hidden from your customers from 09:45 pm on 6 February until 04:15 am on 7 February.
