Our payment partner, Ukheshe, will be conducting planned maintenance from 21 June 2024 starting at 23:00 SAST until 23 June 2024 at 6:00 SAST.
What does this mean for you? There may be periods of intermittent downtime during the maintenance window when you won't be able to accept payments from customers through SnapScan and Scan to Pay. Rest assured, you'll still be able to accept payments as usual via our other payment channels, including direct card payments and Ozow EFT.
