We experienced an issue that prevented us from successfully processing transactions into dedicated virtual accounts. This caused a delay in merchants receiving notifications of successful payments and delayed customers receiving value for their payments.

We’ve now fixed the issue and processed the backlog of DVA transactions. We sincerely apologize for how this impacted your business.
