Paystack - Increased Failure Rates on Pay with Opay transactions – Incident details

We are currently experiencing elevated failure rates on our Pay with Opay channel due to a bank downtime. As a result, customers trying to make payments using the Opay channel may be unable to.

We are working with our processing partner to resolve this as quickly as possible, and will share updates as soon as we have them.

In the mean time, other channels are still operational, and you can complete payments through them.
